Mido Show (6/5-9/5)

My Dear Friend,Becuase of expensive food and Hotel in Europe,and exhibitors flooded the Mido show, I will not go there, I will go to Turkey to meet the customers there instead.I only lease booth in New York(11/3-13/3/2005) , HK (2/11-4/11/2005) and Peking (24/9-26/9/2005), because it is cost effective,so that I can charge less to my customers, hope that I can see you there at my booth at those shows.(by Francisco Wong 14/4/2005) ----------------------------------------

Acbamos de rgresar de Nueva York Show. la montura de injeccion y acetado en nuestrao puesto atrae muchichimos gente, ellos estaban muy interesado por los distinto colores y calidad buena. unos hicieron peido en el lugar, algunos pidiendo la muerstras, nuestros exbibicion fue un exito...

since we know that metal flood the market, we displayed many colorful injected (Basic price US$1.30 each at 100 pcs each color) and acetate (Basic price US$3.80 each at 600 pcs each color) models, which attracted so many visitors.

Our New Office in Shenzhen

We open a wholesale shop in shenzhen of china in February 2004, the bordering city of Hong Kong, Henggang is a town where hundreds of optical frame factories located, in which, there is the optical wholesale market, we target at china 1300 milliones consumers, it is the milestone for our new business strategy

In the begining, business is very low, very few visitors each day, we do not care, it is a very difficult market, business ethic and integrity is what lacking in Mainland China now,our performance may suffer in early effort, until we develope the skill step by step to manage our business, it takes time for a investor in Mainland China to gain return.

we use the 5 force model of Dr Michael Porter to study the China market situation, the competition intensity and the potential profit of the optical industry,to overcome our weakness in pursuiting business opportunity.

we also use his Resource-based model to analyse our internal element(Resource & capabilty) ,to make use of our strenght to reduce external threat, all those above factors will eventually affect our strategy formulation and the above-average return of our company in the market.
